clearing digital or getting promoted to IT analyst

hi i am with 3 years experience & ninja Profile with 4.7 lpa my manager was ready to give promotion this year, now clearing digital wings1 best or getting promotion best ?? can anyone tell package for IT analyst after getting promotion. pls respond
