Cleared Interviews but No Offer Letter – Anyone Else Facing This?

Hi everyone,

Over the past 2–3 months, I’ve been actively interviewing and have successfully cleared companies like Infosys and Cognizant. However, despite completing the salary negotiation stage and being told that the offer would be released within two weeks, I never received any formal offer letter.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation? How are you dealing with this kind of disappointment and uncertainty?
