Cleared Interview But No Joining Letter Yet
Cleared the interview but still haven’t received the joining letter. HR is not responding to emails or calls now. Feeling really anxious… don’t know if I’ll ever be able to switch from TCS at this rate

I also faced similar problem, bcoz I have 90days of notice... Hrs will ghost after interview.. My advise is just try to give interview to the companies which also have the same 90days notice period, bcoz they only have the better probability in releasing the offer letter...

Where I have given the interview,they also have 90 Days notice period. Don't know why they are not responding to my emails and calls now.

Try till last week of NP, else you always have option to take back your resignation on last day
