I have cleared all rounds of HCL, have HR discussion today. How much should I ask?

Secondary Skills: Protractor, Cypress, Playwright, TypeScript, MS SQL Server, DBeaver, Confluence, Linux, , CI/CD (Jenkins), Docker.
However, in HCL selected for Web and API Automation using Python.
YOE: 8 years NP: 90 days
How to convince them for this huge notice period?
It's depends on your current CTC & skills. Ideally as per the your experience it should be between 20 to 25. If you have extra ordinary skill then you can go beyond that.
Please suggest solution regarding this
