Cleared All Interview Rounds — But No Final Feedback Yet! What Should I Do?

Hi friends,

I recently gave an interview for the Lead Android & Flutter Developer position.

1st Round – Lead Manager (Technical + Coding) – Cleared

2nd Round – Head of Technology (Technical + General) – Cleared

3rd Round – Co-Founder (In-depth app discussion & future enhancements) – Cleared

4th Round – Ex-Lead Developer (DSA + Flutter Coding) – Cleared

It’s been almost 10 days since the last round, and I’m still waiting for final feedback. The Lead Manager mentioned that the Head of Technology would get in touch, but there’s been no update yet.

What should I do next? Should I follow up again or wait a bit longer?
