I missed to submit data card in my last working day but all the clearances completed and service letter has been released. Do I need to submit the data card?. Do they charge back if I don't return that? Please assist on this if anyone is aware

If the datacard is in cognizant name then it might get blocked else if in your name then you can use I guess

It's in Cognizant name. I have that wifi modem with me. Do I need to return that ?

If possible return to any colleague and ask them to return in company on behalf of you stating user not available
