Clarity on Resign and termination.

If you feel exit is the only option, best is to negotiate for a good severance package (try for atleast 6 months) and resign with all clean papers.

But if I resign then will I get any compensatory benefits?

Resign is best for long term, atleaset documents are clean. I dont know why some people are suggesting to get terminated, I mean why would you want to answer this termination question all your life in your career

If you get terminated, then they write it on your exit letter. Other companies will rarely recruit you on full time. You will end up working in contract jobs for the rest of your life.
