Trending @Accenture; Clarity on promotion cycle

I just wanted to know how many cycles are there. If I'm not wrong, it's March, June, Sept and Nov. Are all these 4 promotion cycles ? What's cycle for promotion and what's the cycle for hikes. I have seen some list of promotions that came for March .
