Trending @Infosys; Clarification #year end evaluation

Hi all ,

I checked with some of my seniors , they told the rating which we are about to get that will be considered for hike in Q4 . But when I check in grapevine people are saying the rating which they got in dec 2022 that hike they will get now , is it delayed by this much ?

the hike which (if given) in Jan will be based on rating given on last Dec-Jan for previous cycle 22-23. For rating which we will receive in coming days will decide hike %agr (if given) in 2025

The first point corresponds to jan 24 right ?

So basically , i had joined in dec 23, got outstanding rating during confirmation on June 24 , now expecting outstanding rating in the current cycle , am I eligible for hike or not ?
