Hello, can anyone please tell me if we are eligible for BTO exemption if we go to our hometown for 4-5 weeks? My base location is Pune, but I need to visit my hometown for a few weeks. And if it's not possible, are we allowed to work from Kolkata Capgemini office? Even if Kolkata is not my base location?

No. It doesn't work like that. What's the reason for home visit? Is it some medical reason then you'll have to upload the proofs in BTO exemption tool and raise a request.

No. I haven't been to my hometown for over 10 months. So I was planning to go. I am willing to work from Kolkata Capg office. But I'm unsure if I'll be allowed to work from the Kolkata office.
