My Last Working Day (LWD) is 13th January, and while checking my Final Exit Approval details, I noticed the following entries which I am unable to clearly understand: Excess Leave / Hrs Leave: 190 FBLN: -1323 I would like to understand: What exactly does Excess Leave / Hrs Leave (190) indicate? What does FBLN (-1323) represent, and how is it calculated? Will these values have any impact on my Full & Final settlement or salary payout? I request you to please help clarify these points so that I can have a clear understanding before the completion of my exit process.
