Clarification regarding HIS

I noticed that ₹8096 has been deducted from my last two months salary under health insurance. However, the MediBuddy policy coverage and benefits appear to be the same as last year, base plan gold.

Last year they deducted ₹1499 for two months under health insurance but this year all of a sudden they deducted ₹4048 for two months total 8096. I have not added any beneficiaries.

Anyone have any idea why this thing is happening?
