Trending @Accenture; Clarification regarding exgratia(unallocated fixed pay)

Recently i got promoted from L10 to L9 and in comensation plan they have allocated some amount to exgratia and when i got December salary i got less in hand salary than expected .Is this exgartia unallocated fixed pay will be payed in march month ? Can any one please help on this

Same happened to me as well, the window is open for jan 1-17th i think so please do update the unallocated money to you basic and personal allowance. Dec salary (whatever i the diff) also you mighy get in Jan. Also, what is your fixed now? And how mucj hike did you get?
