Trending @Accenture; Clarification Regarding Bonus and Future Assurance

In the recent cycle, I did not receive a bonus due to concerns raised about my behaviour over the past few months. However, I would like to highlight that the bonus period in question was from September 2024 to February 2025, and as per the feedback shared, the behavioural concerns were observed only during the last three months. Given this timeline, I’m unsure if this reason justifies withholding the bonus for the entire review period.

Additionally, I have now requested a project switch, and the management has agreed. My concern now is regarding the bonus for the March 2025 to August 2025 cycle. I understand that bonus recommendations might have already been shared by managers. I'm worried that this could potentially impact my upcoming bonus as well.

Would it be appropriate to raise this concern during my PCT discussion and seek clarity on how I can ensure fair evaluation and bonus consideration going forward?
