Trending @Capgemini; Clarification on the Resignation Process

I got to stay this month, with a 104% raise! If we put in our papers again, how long do we have to wait?

I had resigned back in May 2024 and withdrawn in July 2024. Again Resigned in Feb 2025 and serving notice period. No issues so far

I am thinking of resigning after receiving a raise; it has not even been one month.

I don’t think there is any said policy but you should check with your BU HR. Also, if you have received a better offer then that would help with the justification.

So did u like withdraw ur resignation? Till when we can do that? Like can we withdraw in last month of notice period?

I have already withdrawn, but when will we be eligible to submit the papers again?

You are eligible to submit immediately as soon as option is enabled in system after HR approval of withdrawal. Only point is if you are retained then you need to payback the retention bonus as mentioned in your SMR bonus letter.

You mean how long you have to wait until you can put in your papers again? I believe 6 moths is the duration after that you can put in your papers again

Is it mentioned somewhere?
