Clarification on TCS resignation status

Hi everyone,

I resigned from TCS on December 5, 2024, and have received the “separation initiation” email. However, when I checked GESS today, my profile status still shows “active assignment.” Additionally, the RMG informed me that the system doesn’t reflect my resignation.

Is this normal, or should I take any action?

Ask RMG to confirm over the mail that the system is not reflecting your resignation then you can start making noise. After that you can mail the HR if needed put the HR's supervisor in cc so they take that seriously.
