I wanted to seek clarification regarding our shift hours in Accenture. I’ve noticed that most of my colleagues have a 9-hour shift, while my project has a 10-hour shift. Additionally, it appears that we are charging Myte for only 9 hours. Could someone please confirm if this is correct?

Yeah, usually it's 9 hours including lunch. If you're working 10, maybe check with your manager. MyTE often reflects 9 hours, even if you work more.

Either your manager doesn’t know or doing this intentionally. It is 9 hrs including break.

It's the same for me. When I reached out to my manager, she said it's 9 + 1 hr lunch break😢
