Clarification on Promotion?

Could someone or any manager detail this. Were promotions got initiated in this Q4 of January month. Also, Q3 results rised up with 12℅ compared to previous quarter. But still no update on the promotion? Any reason behind this?

Also Management is updating that, There are no promotions initiated in the last 2 Quarters. Is this true?
