Trending @HCL; Clarification on Project Release Process in HCL
I recently joined HCL and was assigned to a support project. However, during the interview process, I was informed that I would be working on a development project. I accepted the offer based on that understanding. After joining, I was surprised to be allocated to a support project instead. I would like to understand the process to request a release from this project, as it does not align with the role I was promised.
Only if your performance is poor, they will release u to bench ....so stop performing imo... Once you are on bench ,you can easily join another team if you have good network
Try to switch the organization, HCL will cheat employees in all possible ways
Once you deployed to the project, you need to stay for 18 months, then only you have a choice to move to other projects
