Trending @Infosys; Clarification on progression and promotion
Hi I heard that April 25 is last date to this quarter to nominate for role change from managers. is that true? If managers nominate us will we get a promotion? What is the process after nominating for role change, directly will get mail right? If managers doesn't nominate, after few months we will receive progression mails but we will not receive hike right?
Nothing at Infosys happens automatically. You have to raise your voice and do regular follow ups if you need any promotion or progression.
And no hike is applicable for progression. Few people get Early career reward while getting progression from SE to SSE and confuses it as a hike.
Manager nominate you for SSE To HR. Then as per slot available we will get progression. Hike i am not sure,some people get and some dont. I also promoted mid april.
