Trending @Capgemini; Clarification on Post-Shadow Phase and Office Attendance
After shadowing, is everyone billable, or are there cases where people go back to the bench? If it has happened, can you share any experiences? If I go to the office for 12 days, is that enough? Our shadow code expired on August 10 — is that correct? In the ODC, is the amount of time spent observed? And what things should we keep in mind?
Yes, may it will change we didn't predict anything what happens at any time.Most of the times they will give Billable but also in some cases some situations will be there like One of my friend had tagged to one project as shadow and then he get billable for 2-3 months and the client decided that we need experiences candidates,So they withdraw ln his proposal regards his Billable status ,and then he moved to bench.
So what I want to say is
It's not in ur hands so just concentrate on the things what you are doing in the project,
Use the resources Asap and try to grasp the practical knowledge from your seniors from your project ASAP....
