Why is there an EPB deduction in my payslip every month? What is the EPB adjustment, and why is it being deducted?

They have increased the deduction by double this month , they just can’t stand employees get more money , due to recent tax slab revision every employee received extra 17000 yearly now they have adjusted it by reducing from our EPB

It will depend on quarterly rating but not clarified how much %they will provide because even for R1 rating they are giving 80% with 9.6 avg score
