I am planning to take maternity leave starting next month. I would like to understand whether, after six months, the organization provides the BTO (Back to Office) option until my baby turns one year old. Could you please confirm if this possibility exists?

No If required just add the birth certificate/discharge summary
Also you can take additional 30days leave after 6 months Its illness arising due to maternity/delivery etc

When I am rejoin I will be on bench, whether they approve BTO request?

Yes they provide BTO option for 1 year after rejoining. You will have yo raise a BTO exception with farewell welcome 2.0 policy.
