Clarification on Health Insurance Premium and Domiciliary Benefits Upon Leaving the Company

I've already received an offer and plan to submit my resignation next month, as the new financial year (2025-26) begins. Every year, I’ve been paying a premium of 37k for myself and my parents, which includes an 18k domiciliary benefit. Since I’ll be leaving the company in the next three months, my domiciliary wallet will be refilled for the upcoming financial year. If I use up the entire domiciliary amount, will I still be required to pay the 37k premium when I leave the company?"
