Trending @Wipro; Clarification on Bonus Repayment If 3-Month Bench Period Is Completed
I am currently in the free pool (bench) and fall under Band B1. As per the company policy, if I am not allocated to any project within three months from the bench start date, I may be asked to exit the organization.
I have received two bonuses—₹50,000 and ₹2,00,000—which are still under the retention period.
In this context, I would like to confirm: if I do not receive any project opportunity during the three-month bench period and am asked to resign by my manager or HR, will I be required to repay the bonus amounts to Wipro?
While resigning your Band was B1 or less? How much they were paying you before resigning and post retention amount? I'm planning to get retention sp need to check how much Wipro can pay to get retain.
Check it's like 2 year retention mean suppose you got bonus on dec 2022 then till dec 2024 if you leave you have to repay same with all bonus with 2 year retention
