Clarification on Bench Policy for New Joiners

Dear all,

I joined TCS on 6th October. After joining, I was allocated to a project, and following a client interview conducted after one month, I was released from the project.

I would like to understand the bench policy for new joiners. For your reference, I have 6 years of experience in SQL Server and SSIS, and 3 years of experience in Databricks, ADF, and PySpark.

Kindly guide me on the next steps.
