Trending @Accenture; Clarification on Base Pay Hike Post Promotion

Dear Fellas,

I was promoted to CL9 in June 2025 with a 13% increase. I wanted to check on two points for better understanding:

Will there be any hike towards my base pay in December 2025?
Will there also be a hike in June 2026, considering it will be one year since my promotion?

It would be great if you could explain how both these criteria work, based on the process followed for someone who has already gone through these two aspects.

Theres no set cycle/rule/guidelines anymore. It's all gone for a toss here. It will now depend on the situation at the time of performance discussions.
