Trending @Accenture; Clarification on Appraisal Eligibility for New Joiners (CL 12)

I received a mail asking to submit priorities as it will have a direct impact on the appraisal. I recently joined Accenture on 23rd Oct 2024 and I’m currently at Career Level 12. I’m also currently aligned to a project.

Could someone please clarify if I’m eligible for this appraisal cycle, or if this is applicable only to employees who have completed a certain duration?
