If there is one public holiday in a week and we take two annual leaves, do we need to work from the office for the remaining two days of the week?

No, you can do WFH for the rest of 2 days. Because public holidays & leaves are considered as WFO as per wipro policy.

3 WFO means no. of days logged in from offc + no. of public holiday + no. of leaves taken >= 3
