Clarification Needed

I have heard that if a employee promoted as Digital Cadre resigns then during the notice period the Elevate Incentive pay is not given with the salary.

Can someone confirm if this is true?

Nope, they are given digital incentives during notice period too. Someone I know resigned, and got the incentives

In my opinion, it's a disgrace if TCS withholds Elevate Incentive pay during the notice period. It's a hard-earned reward for the employee's contribution. However, policies can vary.
