Clarification for WINGS 2 PP1-PP24 % bifurcation (Confirmed with TD HR)

The percentile hike can be different for different roles, grades and experience.

FOR EXAMPLE : Let’s say If they allot hypothetically 6 lakh for the entire WINGS 2 PP1 to PP4, then the amount will be divided into % for the allotted Amt (6lakh)

You will be getting hike as below :

For PP1 - 40% of 6lakh - i.e. 2,40,000 For PP2 - 15% of 6lakh - i.e. 90,000 For PP3 - 15% of 6lakh - i.e. 90,000 For PP4 - 30% of 6lakh - i.e. 1,80,000

Hope this makes your confusion clear on Wings 2.

Wings 2 is big fraud. Every quarter they are reducing the wing 2 budget. Just try to find a better job.

Apparently this is a news in the air but I believe it depends on different Units, i have seen different Units have different budget for wings programs.

Courses will be available as per the availability of programme you selected, if any issues then you may raise a ticket with TD HR - they will help you
