Clarification for New job offers.

Hello techies,

Currently I'm holding two offers that are from

Accenture - 13.6 L + 2.something variable (21%) + 1 L joining bonus Location - Coimbatore current location - Hyderabad.

Netweb - newly started in Hyderabad campus they are offering me 14Lpa as fixed and 2-3 weeks wfo ?

Exp - 5+ Domain - frontend (react + Vue) + cloud (Azure)

Currently serving notice period - 1month left. Current org - tcs

Here netweb have some good projects like experian and fintech but I'm sure about Accenture.

Please drop me your opinions here.

I believe coimbatore is fairly close to Hyderabad like every friday can afford to travel back home.. I would have chosen Accenture..

It is literally 800 kms and you have to take a flight or a long haul bus. I don't think going every weekend is possible

Better go with Hyderabad location as per your current location I don't suggest Accenture coimbatore
