Hi all i have a doubt actually I have joined in infosys based on degree so now iam senior system associate along with job I completed doing MBA, so is there any chance to talk with manager and hr according to my Post graduation can i eligible to other high role as associate consultant? Is there any process for this? Or we can't eligible like this ??

I don't think it works like that. Infosys does hiring for Associate Consultant from selected B-schools and for internal employees only through Bridge program or ACON program.
But still you can check with your manager and HR for the same. There is no harm in that.

Check in your unit also there are some units which moves system engineer to associate consultant with any exam

But here the person is a Senior System Associate. This is like moving from JL2 to 4.
