Trending @Accenture; Clarification about salary for senior analyst(L10)

Hi All, I joined accenture in sept 2022, Java backend developer, with ctc 13.3, 2.3 variable. I got hike after two years in the recent Dec 2024 cycle, that is 5.22 %. Am I underpaid, should I switch or ask for a better hike here itself. Could anyone guide me here. Thanks in advance.
