
Claim Repudiated
My claim domiciliary claim was repudiated. How can I know why? I provided receipts. It was for tooth filling from family dentist. Also can I apply for the same again?

Make sure your bills have proper invoice number and doctor registration number. Also the clinic/pharmacy should be available in the drop-down where you are filling up the data. Also it's always good to have bills with GST numbers to avoid such issues. Before you raise the claim again, connect with medibuddy support team or Corporate HIS team to know the exact reason of rejection. The reason would be mentioned somewhere in the HIS portal as well. But often it is very ambiguous.

Make sure the bill number is printed and not hand written and xrays are mandatory in case of dental claims

If you could mention the reason for that it would be easy for us to help. But from my experience i would resubmit once more just to be sure. I always get lucky the second time 😅
