CLA offer dilemma

I have recently interviewed with CLA Global Indus Value Consulting for their forensics practice for senior consultant/assistant manager role. Wanted to know if it is a good place to work and what should be my ask?

ps- i am currently in EY and with ctc of 9.5 and 2 years work experience
