It varies from 13 to 18 lpa as fixed. For someone it may be higher than 18+ lpa as well. I was TL in Accenture and mine one was 16.5 LPA.

I started with CL 11 and it took me 6 yrs to reach CL 9.
I started with 6 lpa with cl 11 and I left with 16.5 lpa as fixed after 7 yrs.
