Trending @Accenture; CL11 – Early Release / Buyout Option for Remaining Notice Period

I’m at CL11 and have secured admission for my Master's program starting mid-August. I can serve only 1 month of notice period, but HR is insisting on completing the full 90 days. Currently, there’s minimal dependency in my team.

Can I formally request buyout for the remaining 2 months of notice? Has anyone done this successfully? Also, what would be the approximate cost for a 2-month buyout at CL11?
