Hi, I have joined accenture as an ASE back in 2022 Jan with 3.83 L fixed, promoted to SE(was in support team) with 37% hike in June 2023 with 5.25 L fixed, and expecting promotion to SSE (currently in Dev team) in Dec 2024.
How much hike I can expect. I didn't receive any yearly hikes till date. Not in Dec 2022, Dec 2023 as well.

Are you sure you are going to get promoted..Because you must complete 18months in one position to be eligible for promotion
How did you move to dev from Support ?
I am at CL11 and I have recently resigned. I am performing excellent in my project. During the discussion to retain me in accenture, he said that I am in top 1-2 for the resources who are being considered for promotion to CL10. And I can get max 20-25% hike after promotion and not more than that. Accenture is just worst....

Don't expect much if you did not get hike in last year you will get around 35% hike which adds upto 7.25lpa
Expect around 25-30% hike with SSE promotion. Yearly hikes are not guaranteed. Salary could reach 12 LPA, but it varies. Keep an eye on official announcements.
