My package is 10.80 lacs fixed and 1.2 lacs variable. I have 5.5 YOE. I do not have any skill and manage a team of around 40. They do not report to me. But to my manager. Accenture is my first company. What should I do?

My team monitors the infra and application for my client. I end up preparing data and managing escalations for my manager and he pastes them and mail to the client. I don't have any technical skills.

You do have some skills in you if you are managing a team of 40. Learn what excites you and switch. For your years of experience you should get at least 20 CTC.
