There is no such thing as an ideal salary range in the corporate world. The salary you are offered when selected by a company will be determined by your current compensation and how well you can negotiate.

If you have been with Accenture since the beginning, then with 16 years of experience, your salary will be significantly lower than someone who has switched jobs even 2-3 times in those 16 years.

People with 16 YOE in product companies make like 1-2 crores. Probably even higher. But don't expect even half of that in Accenture.

For a CL-7 technical manager with 16 years experience, expect around 30-40 lakh per annum. It can vary based on skills and location though
