I have recently joined for niche skill and after begging for many times I got 9.75 Fixed LPA with 21% Variable pay for which they mentioned I will only get 6 to 8 % for the first year in Accenture.
You have any discussion with your manager or above manger reg this ??? Or just a discussion with any colleagues ??
When can we expect hike an promotion if anyone joined August, 2023
I didn't have any discussion with any manager as I joined on 26th Feb 2024 so I am not expecting Variable pay in the may month.
