Trending @Accenture; CL 11 can not be released
I am the only resource working in the team, as seniors don't take any responsibility and go on leave when important calls or work is there whereas I cant take a sick leave as well because lead calls me and scolds for not giving prior notice. I was trying to change my project due to health issues and bad management of lead, after 6 months and multiple followups my last date was set to 20th March which was reflecting in gateway portal as well but suddenly it changed to December. After asking my lead he said there is a new policy where mentioned as CL 12 and 11 cannot be released. After asking other people whom I know and are in senior managers and managers and lead position, they confirm there is no such policy.
Don't know what to do now, I have sent mail to HR but no response.
Can anyone suggest any way on this please?
Bro, try prioritize your health and think your situation from different pov. You are already putting lot of efforts, might as well get good hold of things and maintain a good dependency. This seems like a situation where you can leverage things later
