Trending @Accenture; CL 10 with just 6.8L

I saw a lot of cl 11 folks mentioning their salary as 5.5L I have a question that since Accenture hasn't rolled out hikes for 2 years now, let's say in next cycle you guys get promoted. Promotion hike is about 25% so now you will earn 6.8L

Is that really fair I mean CL 10 is a senior analyst and the compensation would be of a Fresher.

Or is the hike percentage different please let me know if anyone has been in this place.
