I recently promoted from CL 11 to CL10 in June 2025 cycle and my current package is 6.95 LPA post promotion and I got 25% hike. I'm expecting a hike in December cycle because I've got lot of recognition from client this quarter and my manager told he was trying for a talent performer for this December cycle.
What will the probability of getting hike and what would be my Variable Pay percentage?
But I'm told that I'll be getting hike normal one, and vp even though I'm promoted in june. I think it is project based thing
You had decent good hike of 25%. You will get VP , but hike on top is difficult
No you are not eligible for hike till next June 2026, they can give you more bonus in December
