CL -12.2 Bonus

Recently got moved from CL 12.3 to CL 12.2, and the hike didn't seem adequate. Although, there is a Bonus which my supervisor told me about, 9k. In that, there was also a section which said "Other payments" which says 18k. My question is, what will be the exact Bonus amount that I will be receiving. Is it gonna be only 9k, or will it be 9k (bonus) + 18k (other payments)
