If you get to make any city the IT hub, which city do you think suits the best in terms of financial safety, civic sense, Good vibes, infrastructure, weather, people etc.

I know a city cannot be best in all terms but where do you think you get a balanced settlement

Beautiful city.... I have been there and stayed for a couple of months but it felt more like an excellent retirement city.. appreciate your opinion though.. should have added it to the poll too
