City allowance recovery

Can anyone help me to understand how i can stop my City allowance recovery. As I checked with my supervisor and HR, they informed me if i am not complaint about RTO it will keep continuing. So they asked me a reason for WFO Exemption and i raised in ultimatix. It was approved by supervisor and HR as well for march month.

Still city allowance recovery is happening. Can anyone plz help here what to do now.

Go to office atleast for a week and apply leVe if you have for remaining days in this way recovery won't happen.

But in my base location there is no ODC i guesss…and i have exemption approval for whole month…!!!
