City Allowance Deduction... Again!
I have seen my teammates who don't even visit the office for 5 days a month and they get the city allowance. I have been to the office for 12 days this month and got the amount deducted. Is there something I can do about it?...like raise a ticket for the current deduction or how many days should I be present from the next month??
firstly, raise ticket elaborating every single concern,
and after that you mail your supervisor and HR same thing with ticket no.
@NotAnotherDev Same issue. City allowance is being deducted even reporting 12 to 15 days in a month. HR told need to report 5 days in a week in entire month for not getting deducted.
Are you being rostered?
Are your teammates being rostered? If not then thats why they are not affected
Maybe because of bus pass?
If your attendance is low in previous months then also they’ll deduct the city allowance for those earlier months
