Cannot say for Delhi, but Mumbai definitely has much bigger main roads than Bengaluru. They also have a very strong suburban railway network which offsets the population from roads. Lastly, I have seen Mumbaikars drive better than in most other Indian cities.

Something feels off in this data, even in Ahmedabad it takes 15-20 mins to travel 10kms banglore should be more than 40-45 mins for 10kms
or is it just placebo effect that blr traffic feels very slow.
